We try our best to publish as much relevant information as we can on our products to aid your shopping process. How do I make payment for my purchase?
Our payment term is Credit Card(Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners)/Cash/Cheque-on-Delivery (COD) unless you have an existing credit account with us. Credit terms of existing customers are still applicable for online purchase.
If you prefer a 30 days credit term with us, kindly email us for application. An application form would be sent to you. Please allow us 5 working days to process the application. We will call you after successful application. Should your first order be urgent, we recommend that you pay for the first order via Cash-on-delivery. Please note that we only issue credit terms for corporate customer and not individuals who are ordering for personal usage.
How do you deliver the items ordered via the website? Are there any delivery charges?
Monarch Stationers delivers products only within Singapore We will deliver to the address stated as delivery address upon your check out. We deliver for free as long as the purchased amount is at least $150. Otherwise the following apply:

Pick-up orders from our shop :
To avoid disappointment, customers who would like to collect from our shop are advised to call and confirm availability of the products required before you arrange your visit.
After checkout, when will my order be delivered to me?
Delivery will be within 4 days upon receiving the order. Should you need a next day delivery, please inform us and we will put in the best effort to make it happen. As a general rule, Next Day Delivery is only possible if the following 2 criteria are met:
Orders must be submitted to us before 3:00pm
We have existing stocks of the items ordered.
Our Online Store is opened 24/7. However, orders can only be processed and delivered during our office operation hours:
Mon – Friday: Closed at 5.00pm
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
We will process the order ASAP on the next working day if your order is submitted after our office hours.
How do I know if my cart has been checked out successfully?
If you have entered a valid email address during your checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you did not enter any email address, please drop us an email at email@example.com with your name and order total at us to confirm.
I have just ordered something. Can I amend or cancel it?
Simply call us at 6225 3818 and quote your order number to the sales person and inform on the amendment required. We can amend the order as long as we receive the call before 3:30pm of any day.
Cancellation by Monarch Stationers
Monarch Stationers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Such cancellation might be due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems of customer’s serious outstanding payment identified by our accounts department or other reasons. Furthermore, we reserve the right to require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if any order is cancelled or if additional information is required.
Cancellation by Customer
In the event that you request for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at our sole discretion. If we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order. We are not able to cancel orders that have already been processed and/or delivered. Monarch Stationers, at its sole discretion, may decide whether an order has been processed or not.
How do I change details on my Monarch Stationers account?
Once you have registered an account with us, you can log on to your account any time after, to your billing address, shipping address or change your user name or password.
What is Monarch Stationers Return and Exchange Policy?
Please be sure about your purchase before you place an order. In exceptional circumstances we may consider a return. Please call our office on 6225 3818 or email us using the Contact Us page for any returns. Please note that transportation and re-stocking charges may apply.
